I called Mr. Potts recently to consult about opening an estate for a deceased relative. Though not in the office at the time, he returned my call within an hour, and proceeded to dispense detailed advice on how we could accomplish what we needed without retaining an attorney. Not only did he give us the confidence to take on what we’d thought would be a difficult task, but he saved us over $1200 in legal fees in the process.
